IMPORTANT INFO ON ORDERS
Our products are made to order so please bear in mind that there may be a waiting time of up to 3 weeks depending on the product. We will always do our best to get your order sent off to you as soon as its ready and on occasionally we will have products in-stock which means we can send them out strait away. If you require your order for a specific date i.e. a birthday or other occasion, please let us know and we will see what we can do.
Please make sure you are accurate when submitting your delivery address details.
UK SHIPPING
Excluding furniture items we offer FREE UK DELIVERY on all products. Please ask for delivery quotes on furniture.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to almost every country around the world but of course there is always added cost to do so. Our website should calculate the postage cost based on the product/s selected and county you wish to have the order shipped to. However please get in contact with us and we will find the best service for you.
Please note: Orders shipped outside of the UK are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
RETURNS POLICY
Our most important goal is to have happy, content customers, we always aim to give you a product that’s made to last and meets our high standards of finish and quality. If however the product arrives damaged due to posting or the product shows signs of defects or unusually fast signs of wear then please get in touch via email - info@forgecreative.uk and we can find a solution, weather that’s swapping the product for you or giving you a full refund.
Please note that due to the one off, hand made nature of our products, we do not offer returns for any reasons other than:
The product arriving damaged or
The product naturally develops signs of damage quickly after the item is received (not due to damage caused by mistakes or use)
The product being substantially different to its advertised description.
A return must be initiated within a 10 day period after receiving the item, any later than this and it will be at our discretion wether we accept the return.
Damaged items returns postage will be covered by us at no extra cost to you. We will send you a returns label (usually Royal Mail) which will need to be stuck onto the re wrapped parcel and taken to your local post office for return posting.
There is no restocking fees for returned item which are damaged or defective in anyway.
